Teen Team Training!
Small group training for teens! Incorporates full body workout that stimulates metabolism while increasing core strength and coordination. Get your teen lean with this program!

Pilates
Pilates is a method pioneered by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s that develops the total body strength and tone, while emphasizing core stability (abs, lower back, hips). Specific moves are performed on mats to help realign the spine, improve posture, increase body awareness, and evenly condition the entire body. Get Fit with P.H.A.T
Peripheral heart action training has been used for over a century by elite athletes. It is a truly 3 dimensional program covering all areas of the body and stimulating increase in conditioning and metabolism! This is done in small group personal training of 2-4 clients for only $12 per session!
